We use the freshest ingredients and prepare our food to the highest standards.

We do not use preservatives and additives to prolong shelf life. This is the reason why our food tastes better and fresher.

We adhere to legislative requirements and ensure our labelling is fully compliant. Our dishes have been tested and analysed by a qualified, reputable food laboratory for shelf life verification, micro-organism identification and nutritional value. Our packaging contains labels with nutritional content, allergens information and a use by date.

Yes. Whilst our business model is based almost exclusively on deliveries/collection we are currently supplying some of our range to Panzer’s Delicatessen in St Johns Wood. We are constantly being approached by food retailers to stock our products but we are taking a very careful approach in deciding with whom we wish to partner as not to dilute Keff’s brand.

Currently we are only offering a “Collection” service on Fridays between 9am-1pm.

If you would like to place an order for Friday you need to place your order before 10am on the preceding Wednesday. 

We apologise that we cannot provide Delivery service at this time!!!

When you place an order, you will be asked to specify a safe place where orders can be left in case you are not at home. A safe place should ideally be sheltered in case of rain or direct sunlight or, alternatively, could be with a neighbour. If we cannot deliver to the safe place you have requested (for example, if a nominated neighbour is not at home), then your order will be taken back to our premises where you will be able to collect it.  We do not issue refunds in these circumstances.

You may pick up your order from our premises at any time between 9am-1pm on Fridays. Collection times may vary, so please see notifications on our website for any changes.

In fact, collection is your only option at this time. Simply call us when you arrive at our premises and we deliver your order to your car.

We are unable to keep uncollected orders on our premises beyond the 2pm deadline and will not be offering refunds if orders are not collected during these times.

We apologise that we cannot provide Subscription service at this time!!!

We are introducing a subscription option to allow you to place regular orders for a specified length of time. You can edit, freeze or cancel your subscription at any time, but any changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled delivery.

No. Our pita is supplied by the UK’s best pita bakery (we think so!). Freshly baked pitas are delivered to Keff’s premises early in the morning on our delivery days, so that we can deliver them directly to our customers with the rest of their order.
