We use the freshest ingredients and prepare the food early in the morning for delivery on the same day.

We do not use preservatives and additives to prolong shelf life. This is the reason why our food tastes better and fresher.

We adhere to legislative requirements and ensure our labelling is fully compliant. Our dishes have been tested and analysed by a qualified, reputable food laboratory for shelf life verification, micro-organism identification and nutritional value. Our packaging contains labels with nutritional content, allergens information and a use by date.

No. Our business model is based exclusively on deliveries. Whilst we are constantly approached by restaurants, catering companies and food retailers who wish to stock our products, we believe that selling through a third party would limit our ability to provide fresh products and also potentially dilute Keff’s brand.

Currently we deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays. Deliveries take place between 10am-2pm.  We do not offer specific delivery time slots. However, on delivery days we offer collection of orders from our premises between 3pm-7pm.

If you require delivery on Friday you need to place your order before 10am on the preceding Thursday. Equally, if you require delivery on Tuesday you need place your order before 10am on the preceding Monday.

When you place an order, you will be asked to specify a safe place where orders can be left in case you are not at home. A safe place should ideally be sheltered in case of rain or direct sunlight or, alternatively, could be with a neighbour. If we cannot deliver to the safe place you have requested (for example, if a nominated neighbour is not at home), then your order will be taken back to our premises where you will be able to collect it.  We do not issue refunds in these circumstances.

You may pick up your order from our premises at any time between 3pm-7pm on the delivery day(s) that you have selected. In fact, collection is your only option if you live outside our delivery zone. If you fail to collect your order by 7pm you will forfeit your order and not be entitle to any refund. We are unable to keep or store uncollected orders on our premises beyond the 7pm deadline.

We are introducing a subscription option to allow you to place regular orders for a specified length of time. You can edit, freeze or cancel your subscription at any time, but any changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled delivery.

No. Our pita is supplied by the UK’s best pita bakery (we think so!). Freshly baked pitas are delivered to Keff’s premises early in the morning on our delivery days, so that we can deliver them directly to our customers with the rest of their order.
