- Highly recommended served with a drizzle of Keff’s lemon sauce
- You can also drizzle olive oil and garnish with a pinch of cumin, paprika and fresh parsley
- Best enjoyed with pita or, for a healthier option, with carrots, cucumber and celery stick crudités
